Please note: for UK customers, Next working day delivery (UPS/DPD/Evri Next Day) is not guaranteed by courier but 95% of time its delivered next day, for some orders/post codes it may take 2-3 working days.

Specific products (non-battery products) which are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery in UK are guaranteed next day delivery.

For customers from EU & Ireland please get in touch before placing the order to clarify the customs and export charges.

For Scottish Highlands, Norther Ireland, Jersey, etc its 2-7 working days on average. As its power bank product therefore cannot be shipped via Royal Mail services!

Order placed up to 13:00 are shipped the same working day (excluding weekends), on odd days it may not be collected by the courier the very same day so please bear that in mind as couriers do not have fixed collection times like Post office cut off, etc. Thank you
